“The Somm Series” Volume XXXII: (Not So) Guilty Pleasures
Join us on Thursday, April 16th at 7pm, in our Wine Lounge for a collaboration between Grand Vin and Award-Winning Cheese Monger, Evan Talen of The Flavor Sherpa, for a night of decadent bites and delicious wine pairings! Evan, a Certified Cheese Professional, will curate 5 of his favorite “guilty pleasure” small plates while Tom, Grand Vin’s Owner and a Certified Sommelier, will select wine pairings to complement each course. This will be an evening of food, wine, and shenanigans that you won’t want to miss!
